Office Cleaning
Sydney Olympic Park.
Office cleaning inside the Sydney Olympic Park precinct — corporate suites around the station, sporting and events body tenancies near the stadium, and the business park floors running back toward Wentworth Point. Rostered against the event calendar, with passes and dock bookings handled by us.

Cleaning an office inside an events precinct
Sydney Olympic Park is a working office precinct that happens to host stadium crowds. Most weeks it behaves like any corporate address: suites around Olympic Park station, sporting and government body tenancies, professional services firms and the venues that support them. Then a fixture lands, and vehicle access, loading docks, parking and even pedestrian routes all change for the evening.
That is the whole problem to solve here, and it is an administrative one before it is a cleaning one. We build rosters against the published event calendar, hold our own contractor passes, book loading dock windows in advance, and move a shift ourselves when a lockdown makes the usual window impossible. Your office finds out before it happens, not after.
Underneath that, the scope is ordinary corporate work done carefully: desks, meeting suites, breakout kitchens, amenities, end-of-trip facilities and a planned carpet programme. Tenancies with public-facing reception get extra attention on entry glass and visitor seating, because a precinct address attracts unannounced visitors far more than a suburban office does.

What we cover in the precinct.
Corporate Floors and Suites
Desks, workpoints, meeting rooms and shared corridors reset overnight, with hot-desk pods cleared between users.
Public-Facing Reception
Entry glass, visitor seating, wayfinding signage and lift lobby detail. Precinct addresses attract visitors nobody scheduled.
Amenities and End-of-Trip
Bathrooms, showers, lockers and drying rails cleaned and restocked daily for a precinct where a lot of staff ride or run in.
Event-Week Servicing
Additional amenity servicing on fixture days and rescheduled shifts when access is locked down, arranged in advance.
Breakout and Function Spaces
Kitchens, town-hall areas and function rooms reset after internal events, including bin runs and furniture return.
Carpet and Hard Floor Programme
Encapsulation on lobby and circulation runs, quarterly extraction, and machine cleaning of tiled entry areas that take crowd traffic.
Why precinct tenants use us
Access Is Our Problem, Not Yours
Passes, dock windows and inductions are held and renewed by us. Nobody in your office should be managing a contractor pass register.
Rostered to the Fixture List
We read the event calendar before we build the roster, so a lockdown night is a planned change rather than a missed clean.
Minutes Away, Not Across the City
Our precinct crew also covers Homebush, Newington, Wentworth Point and Silverwater, so cover for a sick day is local.
Insured and Police-Checked
Certificates of currency and police check confirmation supplied to your building manager before the first shift.
Office Cleaning Sydney Olympic Park in Homebush — common questions
How do you get access on a major event night?
Usually we do not try. We check the fixture list when the roster is built and move that shift to the night before or after, then confirm the change with your office in writing the week prior. Where a tenancy genuinely needs a clean on the night itself, we book a dock window in advance and work to the precinct traffic plan.
Do we have to arrange contractor passes for you?
No. We apply for, hold and renew our own precinct passes and building inductions, and supply certificates of currency and police check confirmation to your building manager directly. Managing a contractor pass register should not be an office manager's job.
Can you clean tenancies with public-facing reception?
Yes, and we scope them differently. Precinct addresses attract unscheduled visitors, so entry glass, visitor seating, wayfinding signage and lift lobby detail sit on a tighter cycle than they would in a suburban office.
Do you cover Wentworth Point and Silverwater as well?
Yes. Sydney Olympic Park shares a crew rotation with Homebush, Newington, Wentworth Point, Silverwater and Lidcombe, so a tenant with two addresses in the pocket gets one supervisor, one scope and one invoice.
